Our service process

Send the trim, quantity and destination by WhatsApp, email or the inquiry form.

Communication
We confirm availability, colours, options, FOB or CIF pricing and timing.

Order confirmation
You receive a proforma invoice; once confirmed, we lock the vehicles for your order.

Inspection
Each car is inspected before export and you receive photos or video of your actual units.

Shipping
We handle export clearance and loading by Ro-Ro or container, then send the shipping documents.

After-sales service
We stay in contact after delivery for documents, parts questions and your next order.

Packaging & shipping

Vehicles are moved to port by car-carrier truck, then shipped by Ro-Ro vessel or secured inside containers with wheel lashing and, where suitable, two-tier loading.
