Toyota bZ3X export: frequently asked questions

One unit. We support trial orders and small quantities, especially for new partners, and we quote volume orders separately through our fleet solutions team.

In-stock vehicles can be shipped within 10 working days after payment. For a specific trim, colour or option pack that we need to source, timing depends on availability and preparation — our sales team confirms a timeline before you pay a deposit.

The bZ3X is built for the Chinese market and is left-hand drive (LHD) only. It suits right-hand-traffic markets such as Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Algeria, Ghana and Venezuela. We do not offer a right-hand-drive bZ3X.

Yes. Mixed orders are accepted, and we help plan container or Ro-Ro loading to keep shipping cost per car down. You can, for example, combine 430 Air and 520 Pro units in one shipment.

Both. New (0 km) cars are our core supply. Used bZ3X units are sourced on request, inspected and documented with photos; see our used Toyota bZ3X page for how we check age limits and condition.

Chinese-market cars use the GB/T standard for both AC and DC charging. Markets that use Type 2 / CCS2 need adapters or a converted inlet — read our GB/T to CCS2 conversion guide and ask us about charging equipment when you order.

The head unit is a Chinese-market system with Chinese-language menus, voice assistant and navigation maps designed for China. Apple CarPlay is available on the 2026 model year. We explain what to confirm before ordering in our infotainment and ADAS guide.

Either. FOB covers the car delivered on board at the Chinese port; CIF adds ocean freight and insurance to your destination port. Shipping fee and delivery date are negotiated per order. Our FOB vs CIF guide shows who pays for what.

Each shipment is supplied with the export documents your customs broker needs, typically the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin, plus inspection photos. The full list is on our export process page.

Payment terms are agreed on the proforma invoice for each order. You receive photo or video confirmation at each milestone — sourcing, inspection, loading and shipping — so you can see your vehicle before it leaves China.
